Description
CURRENTLY ON HOLD Here is a lovely little 20-diamond creamer, roughly 3 1/4″ tall, with perfect proportions, possibly produced at Henry William Stiegel’s American Flint Glass Manufactory in Manheim, PA, 1760-70s. These type were also made at the Bristol Glass Works, England, late 18th century. I have had a couple of these, but this one is (by far) the best one I have owned. The pattern impression, and perfect proportions really make it a superior example. Applied base has a rough pontil scar. Applied handle is well-balanced. I love this little gem! Other than a little expected base wear, it is in pristine condition, and was obviously well cared for!
