Here is a sweet little 1/2 pint flask, this is a GI-114, BUST OF WEBSTER / BUST OF CLAY historical flask. These were made at the Granite Glass Works, Stoddard, NH, 1850s, I know because I have dug 100s of shards there. this example is a bright, lighter yellowish olive color, almost a honey or gold! These have very high relief to them, and the impression on this one is very strong. Remarkably, little to no trace of wear! Nicely sheared mouth and a tubular pontil scarred base. Really tough to find nicer… a superb example!
